Included in the £1,999 + VAT fixed fee:

  • SECR compliance assessment.
  • Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions calculations.
  • Relevant Scope 3 emissions from business travel where required for SECR reporting and where data is provided.
  • Energy consumption calculations and reporting.
  • Intensity ratio calculation.
  • Methodology statement and emission factors documentation.
  • One management review cycle and amendments.
  • Reasonable auditor clarification support relating to the SECR calculations and methodology (one review cycle).

Conditions of the £1,999 Promotional Offer

The offer is limited to the first 50 qualifying organisations and will be awarded on a strictly first-come, first-served basis. Availability will close once all promotional places have been filled. The promotional fixed fee of £1,999 + VAT per reporting year is guaranteed for up to two consecutive reporting years, and applies only where the following conditions are met:

Organisation Scope

  • One UK legal entity only.
  • Annual reporting period of up to 12 months.
  • UK operations only.
  • No complex group structures requiring consolidation.

Site Scope

  • Up to 10 sites, offices, warehouses or operational locations.
  • Up to 20 utility account numbers/meters.

Data Requirements

Client must provide:

  • A clear list of reporting sites and the emission sources associated with each site, including electricity, gas, fuels, refrigerants and transport.
  • Monthly electricity consumption data for the reporting period, where available.
  • Monthly consumption data for natural gas, LPG and other gaseous fuels, where applicable.
  • Fuel consumption data for owned or controlled vehicles, including petrol, diesel and other fuels, where applicable.
  • Refrigerant inventory and usage data, including refrigerant types, top-ups, replacements and recorded leaks, where applicable.
  • Grey-fleet business mileage and any available vehicle or fuel information, where applicable.
  • Information about energy-efficiency measures undertaken during the reporting period.
  • A relevant intensity metric, such as turnover, floor area, full-time equivalent employees or production output.
  • Supporting data in electronic format, such as Excel, CSV, invoices, supplier reports, meter readings, fleet records, or maintenance records.
  • Complete and accurate data submission within the agreed project timeframe.

Where monthly or detailed records are unavailable, the most complete information available must be provided. Additional work arising from incomplete or unsuitable records may require a separate quotation.

  • More than one management or auditor review cycle.
  • Data reconstruction where adequate records are unavailable.
